1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in Officers Study Point and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Enrollment and Fees

All students must complete the enrollment process and pay the required fees to access our coaching services. Subscription fees are charged monthly and must be paid by the 5th of each month.

• Fees are non-refundable once paid
• Late payment may result in suspension of services
• Fee structure is subject to change with prior notice

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Students will receive payment confirmations and due notifications via WhatsApp. It is the student's responsibility to ensure timely payment of subscription fees.

4. Attendance and Participation

Regular attendance is mandatory. Students are expected to maintain at least 75% attendance to continue with the program. The institute reserves the right to discontinue services for students with poor attendance records.

5. Code of Conduct

All students must maintain professional and respectful behavior. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Disruptive behavior in class
• Copying or distributing study materials without permission
• Cheating during tests or examinations
• Harassment of any kind

6. Intellectual Property

All study materials, notes, and content provided by Officers Study Point are proprietary and for personal use only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Termination

Officers Study Point reserves the right to terminate a student's enrollment for violation of these terms, non-payment of fees, or any conduct deemed harmful to the institute or other students.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the best education and support, Officers Study Point does not guarantee exam results. Success depends on individual effort and preparation. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

Officers Study Point reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Students will be notified of significant changes via email or WhatsApp.
